Recently I was awarded Masters Club Award for 20 years. This is an award given to the top 10% of agents in Placer County.

I have never been big on production type awards as I feel that the best awards I get are the amazing clients I get to help over and over again with their real estate needs.

I have to admit it was pretty exciting to hit such a milestone. Especially considering that I have no formal education (only made it a couple months in college) and the average agent barely lasts two years in a very tough and competitive industry. Not to mention there were a few rough years in the middle.

But what I figured out early on is when I focused on helping people first… I found I fell in love with real estate and getting to help people with usually their largest financial investment of their lives was such a bonus.

I have been so blessed to be a part of helping over 3500 families with their real estate needs for the last 24 years (it took me a couple years to get to Masters Club Level). And I have met the most amazing people over the years, many becoming friends and even getting their own real estate license and coming to work with me.

And since I will be celebrating 25 Years in December I am planning on having a big party next year and I need your help. If you have pictures or stories of how I helped you with your real estate needs I would love for you to share them with me. I have been going through old files and discs to find as many pictures as possible, but I would love yours… And stories are the best.
